The sun and the moon have finally aligned again and we sold our former 'crack' house and purchased our future new home last Tuesday. Mark is now working like a madman to get it family friendly and so far has the basement amost completely ripped out. Then to painting! We hope to have this fixer-upper looking like a gem by the end of next spring. For now the inside is the priority!
